AIM:
how do u make billtong?

Method:
We need 
raw meat 
sharp Knife
salt and spices 
paper towel
string

1. Cut up the meat into strips and marinade in salt and spices
2. Pat dry with a paper towel and hang the strips of beef using the string.#

Results. 
it smells like a bag of dried salt
it tasted like a dry bag of herbs
it look like a bag of dry nuts










   
discussion: 
why do we salt the meat 
we salted the meat to dry the meat to stop it from growing mould and protect it against bacteria and kill the germs in the meat.
