- 4.5 billion years ago the sun was surrounded by gas.

- Then the cloud cooled and minerals formed
- The particles stuck together in space.
- The Earth is made of rock's that stuck together with static electricity.
- the earth melted
- the heavier material sank to the core
- a planit hit the earth.

- the lighter material floated to the surface
- the way water made it to earth is because of meteorites that have water in it hit us
- then many years later the ocean formed from meteorites
- meteorites had amino acid witch hit the world and made protein ,DNA,bacteria

Walking in a straight line
Walking in a straight line
Aim: I want to find out what will happen when we have no senses.
Hypothesis: I predict that one of us are going to fall over and face plant.
Equipment: bucket. co-tin. blind fold

If you click the link you can see a friend of mine doing this experiment.
Results:We all had a peace of cotton wool in our ears and noses. It was funny watching my friends do this. My friend jade as you may have seen in the video that jade actually went to the right of were we started and ended up at the school tuck shop. It was really hard because you only had 4 of your 5 senses blocked. They were taste, herring, smelling and seeing.
Discussion: Having a stronger leg is what will course you to go in that direction.

Burning magnesium
Aim
I want to find out what happens when I burn magnesium
Hypothesis
I predict that the magnesium will burn after it meltes
Equipment
Bunsen Burner
Magnesium
Scissor Tongs
Safety Glasses
method
1.get equipment
2.light the Bunsen burner
3.hold magnesium in blue flame
results

We burned a grey piece hard of magnesium for about 10 sec and it went in to a very bright light.
discussion
Why does magnesium glow?
Magnesium burn with the oxygen in the air not the flame. The reason it burns with a bright light is because it makes a compound could Magnesium oxide. The bright light results because this reaction produces a lot of heat.
conclusion
My hypothesis was that it will malt before it burned i was incorrect it didn`t malt at all
Evaluation
Why did it create Magnesium oxide?

Writing a Scientific report
Aim
This is what i want to find out.
Hypothesis
This is an educated guess
Equipment
This is a list of the materials i need.
Method
These are step-by-step instructions
Results
These are my observations
I need to do my results in a table
Also I need to do a graph
Discussion
This is where i explain the results and I answer the question "WHY"
Conclusion
This is where I say if my hypothesis was correct
Evaluation
This is a reflection on what went wrong and what I could have done better
